What will you do?

As a Grill Cook, you will:

• Prepare and cook meal items according to our recipes and specifications.
• Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and learn from mistakes.
• Help other departments as needed.

What do you need?

To be a successful Grill Cook, you need:

• At least one year of kitchen or work experience (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to lead and instruct others on cooking techniques and presentation
• A growth mindset that is curious, always learning and not afraid to ask questions with intellectual curiosity
• Product and production management aptitude managing high volume at efficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism
• A flexible schedule that allows you to work shifts from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday to Saturday. This is for morning/daytime shift availability
• You need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role
