ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS HOTEL FRONT DESK AGENT JOB?

In this hospitality role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. You'll go above and beyond to accommodate special requests and provide information about our hotel services and available accommodations. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you make our guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. In addition to managing guest transactions, you'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area. We take pride in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, and you play a big part.

Your ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner will ensure that our guests leave with smiles on their faces. You'll also have the opportunity to assist guests with purchases and ensure the market is stocked and replenished. You'll handle transactions and maintain accurate records, contributing to the smooth operation of our inventory. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOTEL FRONT DESK AGENT

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, as well as pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals

Computer skills would be a plus.
