Role Overview: The Communications Project Manager will lead and manage category-specific projects for in-store communications, encompassing signage, displays, and promotional materials. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage category-specific projects for in-store communications, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of in-store materials within budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
Provide regular reporting on project status, budget, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail marketing or merchandising.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
