Inventory Control Supervisor

Staff Management Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for our client in Morrisville, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements before applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• 7AM - 5:30PM on Mondays
• 8AM - 4PM on Tuesdays - Fridays
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate

• $24 - $26 / hour

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead effective and cohesive inventory teams across multiple brands.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team.
• Assist in the modification and development of the company’s inventory management system, to improve upon and add functionality required for more efficient and accurate operations.
• Review all Cycle Count results and implement corrective actions/best practices.
• Ensure adequate control and review protocols for all stock movements.
• Research inventory discrepancies and root cause analysis for adjustments.
• Partner closely with Floor Operations team (Inbound, Outbound, Returns) to ensure that established SOPs are followed.
• Support team member engagement within all areas of responsibility to enable the application of policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Review and audit merchandise transfers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations or related field preferred
• 3 years of warehousing experience including, but not limited to, retail distribution, logistics, warehouse operations and transportation management.
• Superb people skills in mentoring, coaching/counseling, motivation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time critical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding of warehouse management system
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline.
• Proficient in Excel
• Must be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
