Junior eBanking Specialist

The Junior eBanking Specialist at Lakeland Bank is responsible for onboarding, maintenance and support of eBanking applications for Consumer and Business (eTreasury) services. Additionally, the eBanking Junior Specialist will assist with various other eBanking operations duties or special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Business (eTreasury) onboarding applications related to cash management product offerings (e.g. Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH, Wires, Business Online Banking platforms, Information Reporting, Positive Pay and Direct Transmission
• Process Consumer onboarding applications and other related requests
• Responsible for providing outstanding service when responding to client or banking inquiries and assist with resolving implementation related issues
• Prioritize and maintain a high level sense of urgency to ensure department output remains within the defined service level agreements
• Partner with Branch Retail Offices and Relationship Managers to assist with obtaining proper documents for new onboarding and other maintenance related activities
• Assist with identifying and reporting efficiency opportunities, where applicable
• Work with management and operations teams to assist during project related tasks that are included, but not limited to, bank acquisitions, new branch openings, closings, consolidations and deposit applications
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and alphanumeric data entry
• Experience with Fiserv software applications or other banking related applications
• Excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clear, concise information to customers/co-workers. Ability to identify the best method to communicate information for each situation.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to function as a team member and works well independently. Self-motivated
• Ability to effectively apply creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues.
• Ability to prioritize workload for maximum efficiency, execute transactions with minimal errors, ensure quality work product, and demonstrate accountability for work and actions
• Ability to seek process improvement through resources.
• Must be bondable.
