Medical Billing Lead

National Vision is currently hiring for a Medical Billing Lead for our Managed Care Team!

The role assists in leading the function responsible for Billing and the timely and complete follow up of all managed care contracted and non-contracted partners.

Job Description

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Completes the follow up of assigned accounts to decrease aging days through timely reimbursement.
• Trains and provides continued education of staff.
• Identifies employee training and billing issues and concerns followed by research and resolution of these issues.
• Works closely with the Billing Supervisor to implement and enforce Billing policies and procedures as well as streamlines the Billing process.
• Delivers exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• 2-4 years Medical Billing experience. (Required)

Education

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Preferred)
