• Promoting accountability to meet store goals • Managing operational focuses like shipment, replenishment, and price changes • Forecasting and adjusting payroll to maximize productivity • Analyzing financial and operational reporting • Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program • Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations • Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent • Supporting associate professional development • Ensuring store standards and procedures are met • Communicating and providing feedback to leadership
Requirements
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience • Experience in financial management and retail management • Leadership management skills • Proficiency with basic technology • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to react under pressure and be flexible • High school diploma preferred
