Job Description - Operations Manager, Holiday Inn Estes Park

Delaware North is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team at Ho liday Inn Estes Park, in Estes Park, Colorado. As an Operations Manager , you will be responsible for directing team members and coordinating the activities of the hotel and restaurant.   • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of lodging and restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company and brand policies  
  • Review operating and sales reports to implement changes for maximizing revenue and financial success  
  • Manage all team members, including scheduling, hiring, training, performance appraisals, and housing assignments  
  • Oversee front desk and restaurant guest relations, addressing and resolving any guest folio discrepancies  
  • Maintain front office software and hardware systems, becoming an expert on the property management and restaurant point of sale systems
  • Manage employee housing
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed
  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel front desk experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required in a full service hotel required
  • Additional experience with food and beverage preferred, Micros knowledege is helpful
  • Opera experience is preferre d
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills required
  • Valid driver's license is required  
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
