Operations Specialist

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION TL;DR  You love being hands on in a team environment. 

The Operations Specialist position facilitates several operational processes within the business ranging from receiving arrived packages, evaluating incoming devices based on functionality and condition, warehouse logistics, inventory management, to shipping out purchased devices that we sell on retail channels.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for keeping the daily warehouse and office operations of the business running smoothly and will be working to achieve clearly defined goals and metrics on a weekly basis.

What Experience Is Needed?
There is no prior experience required for this role! 

You Should Be Able to..

• Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems ( we'll teach you the ones you need to know!).
• Work with others in a collaborative environment, encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and ability to stand for 8 hours a day. While it doesn't happen every day - there are some days where this may be required.
  
   

BENEFITS Competitive Pay: Starting pay is $18 an hour

Flexible scheduling: This role requires you to work Monday - Friday, but we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.

Paid Breaks: 30 minute paid breaks daily.
