Out Patient Pharmacy Technician

Looking for a pharmacy technician that is wanting to work in a out patient facility in the Phoenix area! Offering a day schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Pay:

$17 – $22 – depending on experience

Environment:

Will rotate between retail area of pharmacy and back of pharmacy doing filling, dispensing and some compounding.

Hours:

Staggered rotating day shifts – 8 hour shift 5 days a week working between the hours of 7am-7pm M-F. Rotating Saturdays 8a-4p. Training will be M-F 9a-5p.

Description:

+ Accurately and efficiently preparing prescription orders.

+ Verifying prescription, information and dosage.

+ Entering patient information into pharmacy system.

+ Process and submit insurance claims.

+ Assist in inventory management

+ Provide quality customer service to patients and other healthcare providers

Skills:

PTCB , Certified Pharmacy Technician, dispensing, Retail pharmacy, Data entry, Compounding, Pharmacy technician license

Additional Skills &Qualifications:

Trainee Certification required Outpatient Pharmacy or Retail Experience Preferred 1 + years of experience preferred but will consider entry level certified candidates
