Job Description - Pawnbroker/ Sales Manager

Heritage Loan Co. in Chandler, AZ is looking for one pawnbroker/ sales manager to join our team. We are located on 1099 N. Alma School Rd.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will oversee a Sales Floor Team while providing outstanding customer service and building strong ongoing relationships with customers. A Retail Sales Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep. Their duties include scheduling employee shifts and training new employees.

This is a hands-on leadership position, in addition to coaching and developing your team, you will also set the example of outstanding customer service while working alongside and with them.

RESPONISBILITIES

  • Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing all program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures by scheduling and assigning Team Member tasks while following up and providing feedback on their work results
  • General management of the stores inventory, including merchandising, pricing, inventory controls and evaluation
  • Achieving all financial objectives, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions as appropriate
  • Responsible for all aspects of compliance with ATF guidelines and ensures the stores FFL status stays in good standing.
  • Creating a safe, secure, and welcoming store experience for customers and Team Members through successful execution of Company merchandising and cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
  • Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
  • Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
  • To provide after sale-services.
  • To educate the consumers regarding alternative uses of products.
  • To remove grievances of consumers
