Responsibilities: Gather and input information into our promotional planning systems, ensuring timely and accurate communication with retailers and regions. Maintain accurate assortment and shelf information, keeping our systems up-to-date and reflective of our offerings. Communicate pricing guidelines and recommendations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the board. Assist in the coordination of deals, contracts, and promotions, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions. Provide valuable support to the Category Manager in various planning activities, contributing your insights and organizational prowess. Act as a friendly point of contact for customer inquiries, serving as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders. Process orders and handle vendor promotions with efficiency and attention to detail. Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets, utilizing your Excel skills to organize information effectively. Requirements: A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a strong ability to input information into systems with precision. A 2-year degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your commitment and aptitude for the role. 0-2 years of experience in retail and/or supply chain merchandising, with a solid understanding of operations and category management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for organizing and presenting information. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
