The Opportunity

The Guest Planner will implement and stand-up new processes and timelines for coordinating guest talent for a variety of platforms. You will secure and coordinate all guest talent in parity with the programming calendar builds starting at 11 months out until show date. You will cultivate relationships and with the guest/vendor community.

Your Impact

• You will Build end-to-end guest timeline visibility and implement daily office functions.

• You will work across the organization collaborating with buying, planning, programming & sales strategy advocating for using this new process to improve workflow.

• You will strategize and deliver options to date conflicts.

• You will manage Guest Black Out dates and approvals in Guest Management Systems.

• You will vet blackout dates against current roadmaps, calendars and grids with programming and work on needed solves to determine appropriate communication on approval or denial of requests.

• You will handle all talent scheduling for the live shows and special shoots.

• You will implement itinerary share out process that supports both branded and mixed programming.

• You will develop internal relationships with partners to deliver our results.

• You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning & Programming partners in the development of new guest processes and incorporating feedback to refine based on insights.

• You will build relationships/networks throughout the organization and experience working with on-air guests, brands, and vendors.

• You will analyze data and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business.

What You Bring

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience.

• Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Broadcast/TV Retailing environment

• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in programming/ scheduling.
