Supply Chain Analyst - Reporting and Analytics Location Hybrid remote in Batavia, IL :

The objective of this role is to manage and administer ALDI Supply Chain programs by economically securing product for the business, which in turn, promotes the company's objectives of maximizing sales and controlling expenses. In addition, the position will assist with the advancement of numerous Supply Chain initiatives in accordance with company guidelines. In this dynamic role, the Supply Chain Data Analyst will drive strategic supply chain decisions through data and analytics. You'll create operational reports and analytics crucial for daily decision-making across the department. We seek candidates proficient in SAP systems and analytical tools like R/Python, SQL, and Tableau. Your ability to develop robust ETLs and engaging dashboards will be pivotal. Additionally, as a self-managing project leader, you'll effectively communicate with executive stakeholders to align data-driven recommendations with strategic objectives. Position Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Batavia, IL This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

• Create and automate reports and dashboards to streamline information dissemination.
• Assists with testing of new procedures and systems.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics or a related field preferred.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Extensive experience with analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
