Job Description



You will work at our Residences at Capital Crescent Trail.

Our Resident Resolutions Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced/ high - volume job. You will be working directly with any new or current resident and assist them with any requests or questions.

A bit more about what you’ll do…

  • Responds to and manages resident complaints and or service issues
  • May coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
  • May help with other resident related issues as assigned.
  • Essential Functions: Supports residents during the move-out process which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers.
  • Follows-up with residents who have issued work order/service requests or expressed issues/concerns with the community.
  • Assist residents with any need
  • Register cars to park on-site
  • Register pets for existing residents
  • Enter in service requests for residents
  • Answer questions regarding service requests
  • Send communication to residents
  • Responds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues
  • Contact residents about policy violations

Qualifications

  • 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A reliable mode of transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
