Job summary
Looking for a Restaurant General Manager with good delegation skills for a casual concept in Boston. 3 years of Restaurant AGM or GM experience needed. Full Health/Dental/Vision, PTO, Bonus (up to 25%), 401k, Company Paid Parking if needed.

Responsibilities
• Motivate servers, and BOH/FOH by outlining achievable goals and objectives • Develop a well-trained staff to assist with customers • Regulate daily processes and improve systems; monitor retail and bar operations; monitor security systems; promptly respond to email and phone communications • Establish, monitor, and adjust control costs and procedures when necessary; develop and implement strategies to increase revenues through marketing and cost control
