Our Dallas, Oregon store is looking for a person with a passion for plants to assist our customer and be a full-time lead associate in our beautiful Garden Center.

You will be responsible for:

• Helping customers select plants, gardening and gift items to fit their needs
• Answer customers plant and gardening questions
• Merchandising and maintaining the department and plants
• Show excitement about people’s projects and help customers with exterior landscaping designs
• Diagnose and suggest treatments for plants with insect, disease and nutrient problems
• Be the leader of the departments team to collectively satisfy customer needs

To be successful, you will need to have:

• 2 – 5 years of retail sales experience
• Strong horticulture knowledge
• Knowledge of pest and disease problem solving
• Enthusiasm and vision with practical landscape knowledge
• Be a strong team player and willingness to perform all duties in the garden center
• Passion for helping people make their backyard dreams come through exhibited through superior customer service
