Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Give all customers the highest level of customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Participate in a positive, friendly, and helpful culture for our customers.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of what products we currently offer as well as suggest new products or offerings based on customer feedback.
• Cashiering.
• Price and stock retail items.
• Pull transfer items.
• Help in our HitTrax performance center.
• Help maintain inventory and merchandising displays.

Requirements:

• Ability to work at least three shifts per week, including nights and one weekend shift, with an average of 15 hours.
• Friendly and Outgoing demeanor.
• Excellent people skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced exciting environment.
