Retail Sales District Manager

Job summary
The Clean Energy District Manager is responsible for managing a team of Clean Energy Ambassadors and ensuring retailer satisfaction. This role involves coaching and supporting the team, as well as overseeing staffing levels and performance. The District Manager must also track results, meet sales goals, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Source, interview, hire, and onboard Clean Energy Ambassadors • Deliver training and provide in-field coaching • Drive team lead generation and sales goals • Supervise performance of Clean Energy Ambassadors • Schedule staffing levels at retail locations • Serve as main point of contact for retailers • Conduct field audits to ensure compliance • Track and communicate results to leadership • Hold meetings and 1:1s with staff members • Attend meetings, training, and support change management • Operationalize productivity-enhancing plays • Meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years people management experience • Minimum of 3 years quota-driven sales experience • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency with email, Excel, Word, and CRM tools • Experience with lead generation and consumer sales • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze and manipulate data • Valid driver’s license • Availability to work an optimized schedule
