Retail Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all customers receive the highest level of customer service both in store and over the phone.
• Work closely with a team of sales associates and retail management to maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful culture for our employees and customers.
• Delegate and manage projects so they are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Assist on the retail sales floor, team department and in the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of what products we currently offer as well as suggest new products or offerings based on customer feedback.
• Maintaining inventory levels and merchandising displays/departments.
• Transfer, price, and stock retail items.
• Manage our HitTrax performance center.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 1-5 years previous retail experience.
• Previous experience in leadership position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced exciting environment.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
