Sales - Client Style Advisor

Alas Eius is an innovative + exciting new fashion concept looking to hire a Client Style Advisor for our Mosaic store. 

As a Client Style Advisor at Alas Eius you will be responsible for creating sales and business results through an unparalleled customer experience. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting every client with kindness and connecting through conversation about the brand and products
• Personal styling service
• Relationship building between client and advisor
• Meet weekly targets by closing sales and maintaining client relationships
• Identifying and creating unique sales strategies including but not limited to specialized events, clientelling, VIP services, etc.
• Operational tasks such as quality control checks, inventory management, packing and shipping and keeping the product and store beautiful and organized

We are looking for creative, motivated and sales driven individuals to join our team. Our ideal candidate has an eye for aesthetics, appreciates minimal, thoughtful + conscious design, and has a proven track record of success in retail sales, CRM and client experience is a plus. This person is highly motivated, self-disciplined and independent while also being a supportive team player with a desire to collaborate.
