JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-depth information online, on the phone, or in person regarding both new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct walk arounds with customers demonstrating vehicle features
• Following up on all sales leads
• Answering all online leads "conversations" within dealership time standards
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of all products
• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month
• Completes sales order and process paper work in accordance with dealership policies
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow up systems
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

You will be fully trained to provide the very best customer service and sales consulting!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years experience of face to face or digital sales and customer service experience
• Retail, automotive, banking, cellular sales people are highly encouraged to apply
• Solid communication skills, verbal and written
• Organized and detail orientated
• Valid Driver License
• Personal Auto Insurance
