Responsibilities
• Pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach and in-club leads • Exemplifying leadership qualities in all areas of the business • Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members • Driving revenue streams of memberships and retail • Engaging in marketing efforts to generate leads • Managing and training Front Desk/Sales Team Members • Setting and meeting financial targets • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Studio • Handling member concerns with a solutions-focused attitude • Collaborating with Studio Owner for operations
Requirements
• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment • Solid writing and grammar skills • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
