Job Description - Sales Support Specialist

Kforce has a global entertainment client in New York, NY that is seeking a Sales Support Specialist. Responsibilities:

Sales Support Specialist will assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system Wide Orbit
Makegood any commercials that did not air into future weeks
Daily contact with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will coordinate with Brand Solutions team to carry out advertiser's creative tag tune-ins and any other specific requests
Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders deliver and bill in full
Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues and ensure revenue reconciliation at the end of each billing cycle
Maintain client database and account list
