Responsibilities
• Greeting guests and providing individualized service • Conducting professional caliber makeup demonstrations and applications • Sharing product knowledge and trends with customers • Maintaining an active clientele portfolio • Meeting/exceeding individual sales targets • Participating in promotions and marketing initiatives • Studying and practicing Skill Certification requirements • Cleaning and maintaining the work environment • Assisting in inventory management tasks
Requirements
• 3-4 years of prestige product line retail experience • High school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant work experience • Adherence to Ulta Beauty and M•A•C dress code standards • Demonstrated sales, product, and service competency • Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work nights and weekends • Possibly requiring a Demonstrator's license in some states
