A role within Site Merch, Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning means consistently driving meaningful connection between Target and its guest through relevant digital content. Here, you'll have an opportunity to lead a team managing end-to-end digital site and app experiences that take into account audience and channel driver strategies. Your work will artfully balance the business needs of the organization, with the everchanging digital retail landscape—to ensure our top of funnel site destinations welcome and drive deeper engagement from our guest. As Senior Manager, Site Merchandising, you will develop and lead teams through execution of business-specific e-commerce experience strategies—from drivers to destination to top of funnel through the bottom. This role focuses on driving innovation, seamless end to end experiences for our guests in top of funnel experiences inclusive of Gifting, Multicultural & Seasonal events, Target Finds, creator integrations & trend/reactive content. More specific scope includes: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution. Develop cohesive digital strategies for global experiences (from Gifting moments to Multicultural months to culturally relevant reactive content) and mobilize team to execute against those strategies, in close partnership with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Product/Technology, Operations, and Item partners.
