Be passionate about driving sales and takes pride in reaching goals as a team. Develop Team Members. Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwear’s brand image and operational standards. Inventory Management. Ensures completion of all inventory management-related activities and leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor. Customer Service. Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer’s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally. Store Presentation.
