- **3-Month Milestone:** Successfully manage a significant project, emphasizing detail and quality to meet customer and regulatory inspection standards.


- **Continued Excellence:** Uphold our ethos, demonstrating integrity and empathy, and fostering a strong work ethic within your team. Adapt and lead with competence, regardless of project stage or specialty. **Your Background:**- 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
- 3+ years in construction specific to retail, hospitality, and related industries.
- Proficient in basic construction math, document interpretation, and methods.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ProCore is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Current OSHA 10 and CPR certification are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight as required.
