The Sushi Cook brings creativity, expertise in sushi preparation and commitment to quality to contribute to our dynamic casino dining experience.
Responsibilities:Skillfully prepare a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all sushi dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized sushi station
Engage with customers at the sushi bar, providing information about menu items and ensuring a positive dining experience
Proven experience as a Sushi Cook in a restaurant or casino setting.
Strong skills in sushi preparation, including rolling, cutting, and presentation.
Ability to create visually stunning and delicious sushi dishes while adhering to taste and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
