TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGER

Assume the role of principal owner/manager of assigned products through all phases of the product lifecycle needed to deliver products to Kroger and commercial market. Develop product strategies by conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications and developing marketing strategies. - Bachelor's Degree computer science, business, marketing, or management or related field
- experience with ETL/Data Pipelines, - Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Azure - 5+ years of experience bringing customer-facing products to market
- 5+ years software development, product management or project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills Desired
- Any experience with iterative product development (Agile)
- Any demonstrated leadership experience in data science and machine learning
- Any product management experience with a multi-channel retailer- manage the DMP roadmap working with the DMP Ingestion PM and Engineering leadership - Create and maintain DMP Quarterly OKRs and KEY Milestones - Create and maintain DMP Epics and stories in Productboard and Jira that clearly describe the capabilities and value to be delivered - Manage product profit & loss and all timetables to ensure consistent on-time, on-budget results
- Manage all technical aspects of product through product lifecycle
- Manage support within the respective area as well as occasionally provide on call support
- Work directly and indirectly with vendors and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
- Create, maintain and communicate product catalog and technology roadmaps, including near-term delivery and 3-5-year product evolution, to engage stakeholders across the organization and commercial market
- Identify, measure and improve key product catalog metrics to enhance the customer experience, and create a compelling, relevant product vision using web metrics, customer loyalty/insights, customer feedback/research and internal operational metrics
- Set criteria for minimum viable product to increase the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities are delivered
- Lead and motivate a technology project team, while maintaining and building positive relationships and partnerships
- Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts
- Travel when needed to support the product initiatives
