As a  Retail Mobile Sales Associate , you will be connecting with customers and delivering exceptional customer service by  selling T-Mobile products and services to our current and potential customers. This involves making a personal connection, exploring, and discovering customer needs, guiding the customer’s purchase decision, problem-solving their issues, and staying connected with them.

Compensation

We offer a nice blend of a biweekly paycheck along with a monthly commission payout. The unlimited opportunity is matched with bonuses additional incentive contest payouts.

The New Hire Bonus Program and related bonus payments are conditional, based on you meeting basic employment standards and performance guidelines before you can earn any bonus payments.

• Minimum of 6 months in a retail sales or customer service environment.
• Previous Wireless retail sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the wireless industry standards and technology is preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma and 1 year of  retail sales or customer service
