Traveling Construction Superintendent

Just last week a premiere commercial builder had their Division Manager reach out seeking a couple of T ravel Superintendents to join their organization. Ideally someone with ground up data center, multifamily or medical experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help round out the team. If you are a commerical Superintendent that likes to travel the south eastern and central parts of the United States and you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially. Qualifications * 5+ years proven track record in commercial construction, experience in building quality retail/restaurants, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong medical experience * Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets * Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently * Industry consistent work history * Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
