UNARMED SECURITY PER DIEM

Members Only Club / Community Center Job Title: Per Diem Unarmed Security Officer
Part-time: Per diem, flexible hours
Pay Rate : $21 - $23 Hourly The Kinder Group is seeking qualified customer driven Per Diem Unarmed Security Officers for 
various sites located in and around the Boston. This highly visible role works closely with the concierge and
staff and elevates the level of service and security provided to guests with professionalism and
discretion.
This is a per diem position, providing flexibility in your schedule. We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, polished, reliable, articulate, strong
collaborators and communicators. Stationed at the front desk in the building lobby, and serve as
the primary point of contact for guests. Provide safety and security through professional
interactions. Qualifications and Requirements:
● Mature, professional in demeanor and appearance
● Dependable and punctual
● Excellent oral, people skills and written communication skills
● Exceptional ability to assess and de-escalate adverse situations
● Ability to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request
● Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and anticipates needs of others
● Team player
● Ability to stay positive in ever-changing circumstances
● Monitor security systems and camera, conducting visual property inspections, and
maintaining reports of activity and escalating actions needed.
● Dress code - Must have a full matching (color & style) suit and tie.
● 2-3 years experience in hospitality, events, luxury retail and/or high-level customer
service role
● Security experience preferred
● First Aid, CPR, AED skills required (will train as needed)
● Position requires standing for long lengths of time
