Job Title: Vault Associate

Schedule: 1st 7:00am-7:00pm 12 hour rotating Shifts

3rd 7:00pm-7:00am 12 hour rotating Shifts

3rd Tue-Sat 12:00am-8:00am

Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays

What does a Vault Associate do at Fiserv?

At Fiserv, we create and deliver business-critical communications to financial institutions, insurance providers, billers, retailers, and travel and entertainment companies nationwide through transactional document production and delivery. We take great measures to ensure our operations run at the highest level of confidentiality and efficiency by paring skilled talent with world-class equipment.

Perform basic picking of materials for production based on priority to ensure production goals and conformance with delivery date commitments.  Satisfactory performance requires fundamental planning, scheduling skills and base knowledge of clientele and methodology.

What you will do:

• Prioritizing work assignments based on deadlines and fulfillment requirements
• Problem solving
• Work from oral or written instructions and a variety of job specifications and work documents --- all in English.
• When all necessary work information is not available incumbent must assemble missing data and escalate when needed.
• M ulti-tasking and to focus concentration for extended periods.

What you will need to have:

• Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation) and uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects and to perform keyboarding.

• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds

What would be great to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Forklift experience

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts.

• A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
