Job Description - Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

We sell 5 products, allowing for more opportunities to make commission (Cable, High Speed Internet, Home Security, Home Phone and Mobile Services/Phones). Retail Sales Consultant Compensation

Minimum Target Compensation: ($15 Hourly Pay plus $1300/month Targeted Commission)= $22.69/hr +
Uncapped commission opportunity based on your individual performance after training period

Retail Sales Consultant Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
Bilingual Spanish / English candidates preferred (English Fluency is a requirement)
Open availability for times the store is open:
- Monday- Saturday 10 am- 7 pm and Sunday 12-5 pm
Strong communication skills
Consultative selling style
Passion for technology
Give a top-notch customer experience
Positive, “I’ve got to show you this” attitude
Ability to shine in a dynamic environment
