Accounts Payable Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Analyze customer and vendor accounts in detail
• Respond to customer and vendor correspondence and direct questions to the appropriate employees as needed
• Maintaining database of current customer sales tax exemptions.
• Maintain customer and vendor master records.
• Filing AP invoices after payment.
• Collect and organize AP invoices for processing

Accounts Payable Qualifications:

• Experience with JDP systems is a plus, but not required
• Must have experience with AP/AR in a corporate type environment
• Must be willing to work onsite and remote at times
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
