Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain product performance, benefits, and optional equipment
• Determine customer vehicle needs through effective questioning
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understanding of features
• Stay updated on inventory and introduce customers to service department
Requirements • 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a team environment
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy
