BDC Sales Agent

Parkside Kia is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a BDC Sales Agent. This is a Full Time base plus commission sales job in the auto industry, located in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a BDC Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting the dealership's products and services, and achieving sales goals. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive base salary, as well as commission for achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential customers via phone, email or text
• Build rapport and trust with customers to determine their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed set monthly and annual sales goals
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions
• Utilize dealership CRM system to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in sales or customer service is preferred
• Proven sales experience in a similar role, ideally in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
