Location: Austin (South), TX

Compensation: $18.00 an hour + Potential Monthly Bonus

The Fundamentals for Success:

We are seeking a passionate Client Specialist to become an integral part of our team that is dedicated to transforming the lives of our clients.  As a Client Specialist in our Austin (South), TX clinic, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the client experience and driving the success of our business.  Your contributions will directly impact our growth, the satisfaction of our clients, and the overall success of our clinic.  By delivering world-class customer service, fostering relationships, and driving sales, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Schedule: 4 days per week and rotating Saturdays

Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalency

Experience & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong teamwork mentality
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software 

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive client experience by fostering a culture of world class customer service
• Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
• Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records
• Discretion with confidential information is a must
• Assist Sales Manager with current promotions and proactively seek client reviews and referrals
• Support Sales Manager and medical staff with clinic needs such as; treatment room upkeep, event support, and clinic upkeep
• Process financial transactions and performing daily opening and closing duties
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
