HJC is continuing to grow andhas an excellent opportunity for a Lighting Quotations Specialist (Estimator/Take Off Specialist) to join our Bentonville Arkansas team. As a Lighting Quotations Specialist with HJC your primary responsibilities include: - Reviewing commercial construction projects to determine scope of work - Analyzing project drawings and specifications to determine lighting needs - Preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial bids - Using construction take-off software to generate quotes - Communicating with team members regarding new and current projects - Resolving project discrepancies through collaborative communication This hourly full time position is an office based role in our Bentonville main office. QUALIFICATIONS - High school degree, equivalent or higher - Experienced in working with plans, blueprints and lighting material specifications - High level of accuracy on a consistent basis - Detail oriented with very good organizational habits - Advanced math and Cognitive skills sets - Able to multi-task, read and interpret multiple sources of data simultaneously - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems - Work in fast paced environment to meet strict deadlines with a positive attitude - Maintain cooperative relationships with team members, vendors, and customers - Energetic with outstanding work ethic and enhanced communication skills - Able to build and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers.
