Specific Position Requirements:
Day-to-day:
Audit State customer purchase orders for compliance with state contracts, co-op contracts programs and policies.
Process sales through Client's systems to enable accurate and timely dealer settlements and credits, along with invoicing to end use customer
Provide dealer channel & field team support and assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy and programs
Prepare Audit Packets, Answer Phones in Call Center, Follow-up on Pending Deals
Must haves:
Previous administrative experience.
MS Office experience (especially Excel) is required.
Accounting/Finance/Auditing background.
Attention to detail and critical thinking are a must.
Think outside of the box - if the candidate can only follow a set of rules and not be able to think outside of this, they will not fit for this position.
Must be able to move between multiple systems effortlessly
Candidates must be trainable and willing to learn.
Professionalism when dealing with all internal or external customers and dealers
Description:
Coordinates the sale and delivery of product sold via company held contracts/agreements with governmental, national account and/or rental customers.
This process begins with quoting equipment thru delivery and invoicing of product.
Duties:
Administers direct purchase order processing and specific contracts to include quoting, order auditing, entry and coordinating delivery with customers, dealers, vendors, factories and other company divisions.
Assists account managers with marketing initiatives and provides dealer and customer support/assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy.
Prepares and delivers training to dealers, customers and company employees.
Builds customer relationships through professional communication via phone, personal visits and trade shows.
Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes.
Assists with telemarketing and accounts receivable activities.
Compiles, analyzes and shares customer sales data as required.
