Contract Sales Coordinator I in
Cary, North Carolina As a
Contract Sales Coordinator I, you will:
Your Responsibilities - Administers direct purchase order processing and specific contracts to include quoting, order auditing, entry and coordinating delivery with customers, dealers, vendors, factories and other company divisions.
- Assists account managers with marketing initiatives and provide dealer and customer support/assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy.
- Prepares and delivers training to dealers, customers and company employees.
- Builds customer relationships through professional communication via phone, personal visits and trade shows.
- Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes. Assists with telemarketing and accounts receivable activities.
- Compiles, analyses and shares customer sales data as required.
What Skills You Need - Previous administrative experience.
- MS Office experience (especially Excel) is required.
- Accounting/Finance/Auditing background.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking are a must.
- Think outside of the box - if the candidate can only follow a set of rules and not be able to think outside of this, they will not fit for this position.
- Must be able to move between multiple systems effortlessly.
- Professionalism when dealing with all internal or external customers and dealers.
This is a Full Time,
