• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Worksite Location: Greensboro, North Carolina | Hybrid
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Data Entry Assistant:

• Process installation equipment orders for 3 of 16 Field Sales districts
• Maintain installation updates for 3 of 16 Field Sales districts
• Serve as back up to the Install Coordinator on rollout projects in the manager's absence or during periods of overflow
• Process 3rd party invoices 
• Manage and process all QSR construction reports received from acquired accounts

What you’ll bring to the Data Entry Assistant role:

• High school diploma 
• 2+ years of related work experience 
• Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel & Word
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
• Strong data entry skills
• Experience working with SAP
