We are looking for a professional, caring, and goal oriented treatment plan coordinator to support our dentists. This position is responsible for educating the patient on both dental treatments and financial options,

Jobs Requirement

•  3 years' experience with Dental Treatment Coordinator or 3 years experience with custormer services or sales

• Self motivated and ambitious sales attitude

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality

• Obtain high treatment plan acceptance by educating the patient on the diagnosis treatment, cost, insurance coverage and financial options

• Exceed patient expectations in customer services

• Explain treatment plans for the patients

• Complete insurance verification prior to patients visit to determine coverage and benefit limits

• offer patient alternative means of payment 

• communicate and keep patients informed throughout the visit
