Designer - Remote WFH

Role Breakdown: As a Designer at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding marketing team, bringing our brand to life through impactful and emotive design across various brand elements. What You'll Do: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually impactful marketing materials across social, email, print, out-of-home (OOH), sales collateral, and digital video.
Expand our visual brand expression strategically as we reach new audiences, platforms, and business offerings.
Design marketing assets and develop creative strategies across multiple platforms to engage our audiences effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop omnichannel campaigns that align with our mission of redefining lactation care standards. What We Expect From You: 5+ years of experience in integrated brand and marketing projects involving social media, email, print, digital, OOH, and sales collateral.
A portfolio showcasing your expertise in color, imagery, motion, and graphic elements.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Strong photo/video editing and animation skills.
Ability to approach problems creatively and incorporate feedback effectively.
Excellent relationship-building skills and a high emotional intelligence level. What We'd Love to See: Experience in digital media and video production.
Previous work experience in high-growth organizations or agency settings.
Ability to manage freelance designers.
