Responsibilities:

   • Offer personalized recommendations and itineraries, highlighting different theme park options, rides, shows, accommodations, and special packages available.
   • Provide comprehensive information about park features, ticket options, VIP experiences, and exclusive offerings.

2. Booking and Coordination:

   • Manage the end-to-end booking process for clients, securing park tickets, accommodations, special access passes, dining reservations, and transportation if needed.
   • Liaise with theme parks, travel agencies, and partners to confirm bookings, obtain necessary tickets or passes, and ensure all client requirements are met.
   • Coordinate any special requests or accommodations for clients, such as fast passes, special event tickets, or group bookings.

3. Customer Service and Support:

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering ongoing support and guidance before, during, and after their theme park visit.
   • Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable theme park experience.
   • Follow up post-visit to gather feedback and address any post-travel concerns.

4. Sales and Business Development:

   • Promote theme park packages, exclusive deals, and special experiences to potential clients through marketing initiatives, outreach, and networking.
   • Collaborate with theme parks, travel agencies, and partners to stay updated on new attractions, events, and offerings.
   • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or experiences to enhance clients' theme park visits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the travel or entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of various theme parks, attractions, and offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand clients' preferences and create tailored experiences.
• Proficiency in using booking systems, travel software, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
