We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Responsibilities: Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network Qualifications: Outstanding organizational skills and time management Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred About Company: At The Lucas Agency we approach our days with honesty, integrity, and respect.
