Job Description
Can you imagine yourself in a hands-on oriented Field Service Rep/Account Manager position in which you could enjoy a good work-life balance, and make a good living?
You will meet with clients face-to-face M-F (no weekends, no cold-calling) covering Michigan or New York and continue established, long-term relationships with those client companies.
This position offers a company provided Ford F-150, all gas covered, company credit card, phone allowance and comprehensive benefits. You will receive company-provided paid training and on-going support from the Sales Manager over this territory.
Responsibilities
Achieve all targeted KPI's
Utilize CRM to track service and sales within existing customer base
Provide daily/weekly updates to regional sales manager regarding account activities and objectives
Communicate clearly with the sales team regarding customer issues and projects
Complete all scheduled job site visits effectively and safely
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred, may consider Associates
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field, servicing customers (Maximum of 5-7)
Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25-30 pounds
Must possess a valid driver's license as well as have a clean driving record
Must be able to operate a branded company vehicle
Ability to prioritize work assignments, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with a high degree of quality and accuracy
Explain all services effectively with commercial building or construction managers
Strong people skills and ability to develop/maintain lasting business relationships
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel to meet customer demands
Positive attitude, good judgment, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership -- a true team player who is highly self-motivated
