Fitness Membership Sales

We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next Fitness Sales Associate. You should be passionate about health and fitness and thrive in an environment that pushes you to exceed personal and team goals. Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Also, you will have opportunities to get: • AFLAC insurance plans • 401(k) • Paid Certification & On the job training • Outstanding company culture • Paid Headquarter Training Responsibilities: • Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service • Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio • Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins • Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members Qualifications: • Possess excellent computer skills, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Candidates must have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role About Company: AMERICA’S FAVORITE 30-MINUTE FAT LOSS FITNESS BOOT CAMP The solution is here: fast, long-lasting weight loss results and the healthy lifestyle you need to keep them!
