Job Description - Health Solutions Architect

As the Solutions Architect, you will co-develop a successful sales strategy to differentiate our solution leveraging the entire Best Buy, Best Buy Health, and partners’ portfolio of solutions and services. The Solutions Architect will support the development of a comprehensive, short-, and long-term roadmap to serve our clients care at home goals in both installed base accounts and competitive accounts. They will partner closely with our customers to understand their goals and provide recommendations to them on how Best Buy Health can help them to deliver a more efficient patient care at home experience. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location. What you’ll do

  • Act as the knowledge expert of Best Buy’s ecosystem; provide expertise on care at home operating systems and offerings to drive growth in the overall business.
  • Participate in defining and shaping the offering design model in conjunction with internal cross-functional partners including the development of the SOW and other value-added services.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, clinical, IT, Best Buy Health, and Best Buy enterprise partners to inform and recommend to customers the latest technology and platform innovations developed, as well as the associated configurations and upgrades of the installed base and positioning of transformative technologies.
  • Assist sales with customer presentations specifically focused on the technical components of the value proposition, comprehensive of both current and future-state.
  • Understand and addresses competitive positioning and marketing strategy of ecosystem; support where needed in identification of the RFP strategy and quotation.
  • Support sales in achievement of business goals including bookings, revenue attainment, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement providing input on Sales tools, quoting/pricing issues and competitive threats which enable both Sales Enablement and Marketing to best support the Business.
  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the Sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvements in sales and professional services.


Basic qualifications

  • 4 years of field sales experience
  • 6 years of experience working in Healthcare / IT Technologies
  • 6 years of SaaS experience
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40%


Preferred qualifications

  • Strong preference for higher education degree
  • 5 years medical capital presales experience
  • 5 years of experience in both Value-Based Selling and Negotiation
  • Prior experience working in a technology startup environment
  • CCNA, Windows, or other technical certification
  • Located within 1 hour driving distance of major airport
